In the year of opening of Sublime Comporta, Milestones supported this project, from the construction of a commercial plan that went through the implementation of a pricing policy, a dynamic of programs and experiences, as well as the monthly management of sales variables, and -commerce and revenue management.

We followed this project for a period of 4 years, from 2014 to 2018, having performed the hand-over to the Hotel at the end of 2018.
