We are a team of young specialists in the hotel industry, specializing in the areas of strategy, marketing, sales and revenue management. We aim to help independent hotels, by providing the capacity to act, create procedures and to be autonomous. We focus on business goals and we work every day to achieve them.

Degree in Economics from University of Vila Real. MBA and Master Degree by Porto Business School (completed her master's thesis on the theme: "The Experiences of Tourism provided by authentic regional legacy". Graduated in Digital Marketing from the European University in 2013.

As for professional achievements, the creation and management of the brand Blue & Green Hotels as Group Marketing Officer in Amorim Turismo and the work developed in the Group IFA Hotels & Resorts as Director of Marketing at Pine Cliffs Resort & Sheraton Algarve Hotel.

Milestones was launched in 2009 with the aim of providing marketing and sales services to independent hotels. More recently Filipa created an online travel agency with a collection of small charming hotels in Portugal, offering nature tourism tours (walking, biking, birdwatching, among others) to foreign markets: www.welovesmallhotels.com.

Degree in Hospitality Management from the Superior School of Hospitality and Tourism of Estoril.

With extensive academic and professional experience outside of Portugal, she has worked in several international hotel chains such as Hilton (Waldorf Astoria collection) and Accor (Sofitel) where she has worked as Receptionist, Guest Relations or Commercial Coordinator. She later joined Milestones where she supported the creation of the agency We Love Small Hotels.

Degree in Tourism Business Management and Master in Hotel Management from the European University.

In his professional career, he joined the chain Hoti Hoteles where he held positions at the reception and where he started as an E-Commerce. He also joined the Altis Hotels chain where he was the Revenue Manager.

Degree in Tourism Business Management from the Superior School of Hospitality and Tourism of Estoril. After international academic experience in Erasmus in Slovenia and professional experience at Parques de Sintra - Monte da Lua company, this is his first professional challenge in the hotel industry.

We are a team of young specialists in the hotel industry, specializing in the areas of strategy, marketing, sales and revenue management. We aim to share knowledge and training to the hotel, providing the capacity to act, create procedures and to be autonomous within the areas we work: sales, marketing, e-commerce & revenue management. We focus on business goals and we work every day to achieve them. We get the guidelines from our clients, we hit the action plan and from this moment we are given freedom and autonomy to achieve the goals at hand.

We are known for the accuracy, entrepreneurial attitude and the complete confidentiality of the information.

Our DNA

Milestones was created with the aim of supporting a whole integrated plan of sales and marketing for hotels as well as the online strategy (e-marketing, e-commerce, revenue management). Then, the goal is to share this knowledge with the hotel in order to gain a work methodology and be autonomous.

More than a sum of variables, we support an integrated view of tourism. We have an attitude "hands-on, hearts-on" and thus act on behalf of our client, as part of the work team.
