We are a team of young specialists in the hotel industry, specializing in the areas of strategy, marketing, sales and revenue management. We aim to be the team of independent hotels (in outsourcing). We focus on business goals and we work every day to achieve them.

Degree in Economics from University of Vila Real. MBA and Master Degree by Porto Business School (completed her master's thesis on the theme: "The Experiences of Tourism provided by authentic regional legacy". Graduated in Digital Marketing from the European University in 2013.

As for professional achievements, the creation and management of the brand Blue & Green Hotels as Group Marketing Officer in Amorim Turismo and the work developed in the Group IFA Hotels & Resorts as Director of Marketing at Pine Cliffs Resort & Sheraton Algarve Hotel.

Milestones was launched in 2009 with the aim of providing marketing and sales services to independent hotels. More recently Filipa created an online travel agency with a collection of small charming hotels in Portugal, offering nature tourism tours (walking, biking, birdwatching, among others) to foreign markets: www.welovesmallhotels.com.

Degree from the Superior School of Technology of Viseu. She also held a postgraduate degree in Marketing & Business Intelligence at ISLA. Most recently completed the Specialized Course in Search Engine Marketing at Flag Academy.

In her professional career she worked in the Dom Pedro Hotels chain where she developed her professional activity in several departments such as reservations, e-commerce, business intelligence and later Digital Marketing. She also integrated SANA Hotels chain to open EVOLUTION Lisboa, where she was the E-Marketing & Sales Host.

Degree in Hotel Management from the European University, Laureate International Universities, with a course in Digital Marketing & Strategy by Flag in 2016. While in University, she held a exchange program in Poland. Carolina gained experience in places like Westin Campo Real (F&B Department), in Novotel Lisbon (Purchasing Department) and in Corinthia Hotel Lisboa (Financial Department). She also worked as Front Office Manager in Hotel Lisboa Tejo. More recently she was the E-Commerce Manager in Hotel Lisboa Tejo and in My Story Hotels.

Degree in Tourism Business Management from the Superior School of Hospitality and Tourism of Estoril. After international academic experience in Erasmus in Slovenia and professional experience at Parques de Sintra - Monte da Lua company, this is his first professional challenge in the hotel industry.

Our DNA

Milestones was created with the aim of becoming the external marketing department of companies operating in tourism, leisure and hospitality areas. We propose in outsource, a whole integrated set of marketing and sales services as well as the creation and management of the entire online strategy of the company (e-marketing, e-commerce, revenue management).

More than a sum of variables, we support an integrated view of tourism. We have an attitude "hands-on, hearts-on" and thus act on behalf of our client, as part of the work team.
